"tabbouleh" Salad

  • Prep Time: 15 Minutes (Total Time: 1 Hour 15 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 8
  • 2 cups Instant White Rice, Cooked, Cooled
  • 2 Tomatoes, Cut In Half, Seeded And Chopped
  • 1 Cucumber, Chopped
  • 1 Bunch Bunch Green Onions (about 5 Onions), Chopped
  • 1 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • COMBINE rice, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in medium bowl.

    ADD remaining ingredients; stir. Cover.

    REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
