- 2 cups Instant White Rice, Cooked, Cooled
- 2 Tomatoes, Cut In Half, Seeded And Chopped
- 1 Cucumber, Chopped
- 1 Bunch Bunch Green Onions (about 5 Onions), Chopped
- 1 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
COMBINE rice, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in medium bowl.
ADD remaining ingredients; stir. Cover.
REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour before serving.
