Beef Ribs With Fruity Barbecue Sauce

  • Prep Time: 10 Minutes (Total time: 1 Hour 10 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 10
  • 4 pounds Beef Back Ribs, Cut Into Individual Ribs
  • 1/4 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Apricot Preserves
  • PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Place ribs on rack in large roasting pan.

    BAKE 30 min.

    MIX remaining ingredients in saucepan; cook on medium-high heat until heated through, stirring occasionally. Brush on both sides of ribs. Bake an additional 30 min. or until ribs are tender, basting occasionally with the remaining sauce.

    Serving Suggestion

    Serve with 1/2 cup hot cooked rice and a serving of sauteed vegetables.

    Use Your Stove

    For extra-tender ribs, cook ribs on top of stove instead of baking in the oven for the first 30 min. Just place ribs in large stockpot and cover completely with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 30 min. Prepare barbecue sauce. Place ribs on rack in large roasting pan. Brush both sides of ribs with sauce. Bake at 400°F for 30 min. or until ribs are tender, brushing occasionally with the remaining sauce.
