Hummus & Vegetable Pita Toasts

- Serving Size: 4
- 1 Pita Bread, Cut Horizontally Into Two Rounds
- 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons ATHENOS MEDITERRANEAN SPREADS Hummus
- 1/4 cup Shredded Carrots
- 2 tablespoons Sliced Green Onions
- 1 tablespoon Sliced Black Olives
PREHEAT broiler. Brush cut sides of bread rounds evenly with oil. Place, in single layer, on baking sheet.
BROIL 1 min. or until lightly browned. Spread evenly with hummus; sprinkle with vegetables and olives.
CUT each pita bread round into four wedges to serve.
