Orange Rice Salad

  • Prep Time: 10 Minutes (Total Time 50 Minutes)
  • Serving Size: 4
  • 2 cups 2-inch Cooked Brown Rice, Cooled
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Navel Oranges, Peeled, Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Or Zesty Italian Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
  • 1/2 cup Sliced Celery
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Pitted Ripe Olives
  • 2 tablespoons Finely Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Tarragon Leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • COMBINE all ingredients; cover. REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.

    Serving Suggestion For a great barbecue meal, serve this rice salad with grilled chicken breasts and steamed fresh vegetables.
